- Doctor registration: name, specialty, qualifications, experience, contact details, and registration payment information.
- Patient booking: name, contact details, appointment preferences, and booking charge payment details.
- Contact form submissions: name, email, and message content.
- In-app account data: login credentials, role (Nursing Home / Doctor / Patient), and profile details maintained within the platform.
2. How We Use Information
Collected data is used to:
- Process Nursing Home and Doctor registrations and associated payments.
- Enable Nursing Homes to create and manage doctor profiles and schedules.
- Allow Doctors to manage their own schedules within the platform.
- Facilitate patient appointment bookings and process booking charges.
- Respond to contact form inquiries and provide support.
- Maintain platform security and improve service quality.
3. Role-Based Data Access
apDoctor operates with three in-app user roles — Nursing Home, Doctor, and Patient — each with access limited to data relevant to their role:
- Nursing Homes can view and manage the doctors they have registered and their associated schedules.
- Doctors can view and manage their own schedules and assigned appointments.
- Patients can view their own bookings and appointment history.
4. Sharing of Information
We do not sell your personal data. Data may be shared only when necessary for service operation, such as payment gateway processing for registration fees and booking charges, legal compliance, or with healthcare providers directly involved in your appointment.
5. Payment Data
Registration payments (Nursing Home and Doctor) and patient booking charges are processed through third-party payment gateways. We do not store full payment card details. Transaction references and status are retained for billing and dispute resolution.
6. Data Security
We apply standard technical and organizational safeguards to protect data from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or loss. In-app access is restricted by user role.
7. Data Retention
We retain data only as long as required to provide services, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes. Retention periods may vary by data type and applicable regulations.
8. Your Rights
You may request corrections to your profile data. Account deactivation requests are accepted subject to legal and operational retention requirements.
9. Cookies and Session Data
We may use cookies or similar mechanisms for authentication, session continuity, and performance monitoring within the platform.

Payment and communication services are provided by third parties. Their data practices are governed by their own privacy policies and applicable laws.
