1. Acceptance of Terms
By submitting a registration form, making a booking, or using any part of the apDoctor platform, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. Registration and Payments
apDoctor offers two registration paths, both requiring payment to activate an account:
- Nursing Home registration: A facility registers by submitting the registration form and completing the required registration payment. Upon approval, the Nursing Home account is activated.
- Doctor registration: A doctor registers independently by submitting the registration form and completing the registration payment. Upon approval, the Doctor account is activated.
You must provide accurate and complete information during registration. Incomplete or false submissions may result in rejection or account termination without refund.
3. User Roles and Access
The platform supports three in-app user roles, each with defined capabilities:
- Nursing Home: Can create and manage multiple doctor profiles under the facility, set and manage doctor schedules, and view bookings associated with their doctors.
- Doctor: Can create and manage their own schedules independently. Doctors registered under a Nursing Home may also have schedules managed by that facility.
- Patient: Can search for doctors, view available schedules, and book appointments subject to a booking charge.
Login access for all three roles is available only through the apDoctor application. There is no public login page on the website.
4. Role-Based Responsibilities
Each user role is responsible for the accuracy of their own data and actions:
- Nursing Homes are responsible for the accuracy of doctor profiles and schedules they create.
- Doctors are responsible for the accuracy of their own schedules and availability.
- Patients are responsible for the accuracy of booking information and timely attendance at appointments.
5. Payments and Booking Charges
Registration fees (Nursing Home and Doctor) and patient booking charges are non-negotiable and processed through the selected payment gateway. All applicable charges are disclosed before payment confirmation. Refund eligibility, where applicable, is subject to the refund policy in effect at the time of the transaction.
6. Permitted Use
You agree to use the platform only for lawful healthcare scheduling and related activities.
- No misuse, fraud, or unauthorized system access.
- No uploading harmful or malicious content.
- No impersonation or false identity representation.
- No interference with other users' schedules or bookings.
7. Contact Form
The contact form on the website is available for general inquiries. Submissions are reviewed by our support team and do not constitute account registration or service agreements.
8. Data and Content
You retain ownership of your data. You grant apDoctor permission to process it solely to provide and improve services, in line with our Privacy Policy.
9. Service Availability
We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Planned maintenance or third-party outages may temporarily affect availability.
10. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, applicable laws, or create security risks. Registration fees are non-refundable in cases of termination due to policy violations.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, apDoctor is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including missed appointments, scheduling errors caused by user-entered data, or failures of third-party payment services.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms periodically. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
