How many doctors can a Nursing Home add? +
There is no limit. A Nursing Home account can add and manage an unlimited number of doctors, each with their own individual schedule and billing settings.
Is online payment mandatory for patients? +
No. Each doctor and nursing home can configure payment at the schedule level. They can choose online-only, pay-at-clinic, or a mixed approach for different schedules.
Which payment gateways are supported? +
We support Razorpay, PayU, Paytm, and Cashfree. All major UPI apps, debit/credit cards, net banking, and wallets are accepted through these providers.
Can an independent doctor use the platform? +
Yes. Doctors can register independently without being affiliated to any nursing home. They get all the same scheduling, booking, payment, and reporting features.
Are SMS notifications included in all plans? +
SMS credits are provided as part of the subscription. You can configure which events trigger SMS (booking confirmation, reminders, OTP, cancellation) from the SMS gateway settings.
Is patient data secure? +
Yes. All patient data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We comply with applicable data protection regulations and never share patient information with third parties.
